Hello! I'm Katie, the author of this site.

I have worked in the HR, HR Tech and HR Transformation space for over 20 years, and have held the roles of Chief People Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Future of Work and Strategic Analytics.

This is an extremely exciting time to be working in HR, and the possible futures are both fascinating and exciting. I've created this blog to help share information on key Future of Work, HR Transformation, People Analytics, HR Trends, and HR Technology.
